Prithvi Tanwar is an Associate in the firm’s Business Department. His practice focuses on advising start-up and early stage technology companies on general corporate matters and related legal issues that affect technology start-ups from formation through financing, to an exit event. Prithvi’s other focus includes working with U.S. and foreign-based venture capital firms and angel investors on financing transactions with their portfolio companies. Prithvi’s prior experience as a management and technology consultant helping Fortune 500 clients implement information technology solutions and refine their business processes, complements his current role as a corporate legal advisor. He has served as mentor at the MIT $100K Entrepreneurship Competition and a panelist at Boston University’s Entrepreneur Night. Prithvi was born and raised in India. Prithvi contributes frequently to the Emerging Enterprise Center Blog.
